摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨结肠癌组织中白介素17（IL-17）的表达与上皮间质转化（EMT）是否存在相关性，同时探讨左右半结肠癌中IL-17和EMT相关标志物表达的差异及其意义。方法：实时荧光定量PCR检测43例结肠癌及癌旁正常组织中IL-17和EMT标志物E钙黏蛋白（E-cad）、波形蛋白（Vim）的mRNA相对表达水平，分析其与患者临床病理指标的关系。结果：与癌旁正常组织比较，结肠癌组织中IL-17、Vim mRNA表达水平升高，E-cad mRNA表达水平降低，差异均具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结肠癌中IL-17与EMT之间无明显相关关系（P > 0.05）。结肠癌组织中IL-17 mRNA和EMT标志物的表达在不同性别、年龄、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移患者中的差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。IL-17 mRNA表达水平在左半结肠癌中较右半结肠癌高（P < 0.05），而EMT标志物的表达在左右半结肠中的差异无统计学意义。结论：IL-17和EMT可能对结肠癌起促进作用，但二者之间无相关性，也与临床病理指标无明显相关。IL-17 mRNA在左半结肠癌表达高于右半结肠，有望成为结肠癌（尤其是左半结肠癌）监测和治疗靶点之一。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expression of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and eqithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related markers in colon cancers which came from the left-and right-sides of the colon. METHODS:Expressions of IL-17 and EMT-related markers,E-cad and Vim,were determined in colon cancers and adjacent healthy tissues using qPCR. Their relationships with clinical pathological indicators of patients were also determined. RESULTS:The mRNA expression levels of IL-17 and Vim in 43 colon cancers were higher than those in normal tissues but the expression of E-cad was decreased,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the correlation between IL-17 and EMT in colon cancers (P > 0.05). The expressions of IL-17 and EMT-related markers in colon cancer were not statistically different in gender,age,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P > 0.05). The mRNA expression of IL-17 was higher in left colon cancer than right colon cancer (P < 0.05),while the expression of EMT-related markers was not statistically different. CONCLUSION:IL-17 and EMT may promote the development of colon cancers but there was no correlation between them and no correlation with clinicopathological parameters. The mRNA expression of IL-17 in cancers from the left colon was higher than that in the right colon. Therefore,IL-17 may serve as one of the targets for monitoring and treatment of colon cancer (especially left colon cancer).
