赤包根茎醇提取物致突变性研究

摘要: 本文采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验,Ames 试验,对赤包根茎醇提取物进行致突变性研究,结果表明,赤包根茎醇提取物无致突变作用,本文试验组合的三个测试系统结果一致,均提示赤包根茎醇提取物对遗传物质无损伤作用。

Abstract: We studied the mutation indnad by ethanol ext ract of Thladiatha dubia bunge rhizome in the bone marrow cell of mice and towards the TA98 and TA100 bactarial lines by methods of PCE2MNT and CAT of mice and Ames test . The result s indicated that 30 % and 50 % ethanol ext ract of thladiantha dubia bunge rhizome did not induce significantly increase of PCEMNF and CAP in mice. The mutagenicity of ethanol ext ract also showed negative result in Ames best . All result s indicated that ethanol ext ract of thladiantha dubia bunge rhizome is not damage effect to genetic material.
