摘要： 为了研究ApoB、ApoE 等位基因在浙南地区人群中的频率分布,我们应用PCR2RFL Ps 检测了浙南地区60 例无脂代谢紊乱的健康人ApoB 的多态性位点Xba Ⅰ、EcoR Ⅰ, ApoE 的Hha Ⅰ位点的多态性分布。结果发现ApoB 的Xba Ⅰ、EcoR Ⅰ酶切位点以X- 和E+ 等位基因占优势,频率分别为0. 983 和0. 967 ,X+ 和E- 等位基因很少见。ApoE 等位基因频率分布为: E2 =0. 02 ,E3 = 0. 86 ,E4 = 0. 12。

Abstract: To study the f requency of ApoB、ApoE alleles in population of Southern Zhejiang , we collected 60 random healthy individuals to detect the polymorphic sites EcoR Ⅰ、Xba Ⅰof ApoB. Hha Ⅰof ApoE by PCR-RFL Ps. The result showed X- allele and E+ allele of Xba Ⅰand EcoR Ⅰ rest riction sites of ApoB have an advantage in f requencies of alleles having relative f requency of 0. 983 and 0. 967 , respectively. X+ and E- alleles were very rare. The f requencies of the three ApoE alleles were E2 = 0. 02 , E3 = 0. 86 , E4 = 0. 12.
