葡多酚与辐照对小鼠S180肉瘤的协同抑制作用研究

THE COOPERATIVE INHIBITION EFFECT OF GRAPE PROCYANIDIN AND RIDIOTHERAPY ON SARCOCARCINOMA S180 OF MICE

摘要: 为了探讨葡多酚( GPC) 对肿瘤放射治疗的协同作用,将荷S180肉瘤小鼠分别给予60Coγ射线局部照射、口服GPC 和局部照射加口服GPC 等不同方法处理,接种瘤细胞后第12 天,检测动物的瘤重,血白细胞计数,脾淋巴细胞转化率等指标。结果表明,阳性对照组的平均瘤重高于其他各组;照射加高剂量GPC 组的肿瘤抑制率高于单纯照射组和GPC 组;单纯照射组的白细胞计数低于其他各组。经统计学t 或χ2 检验,以上差别均有显著性意义( P < 0105) 。提示GPC 具有一定抑瘤作用,与辐照联合应用可产生协同增效作用。

Abstract: To study the role of grape procyanidin ( GPC) in radiotherapy t reatment for tumor , The mice inoculated sarcocarcinoma S180 was t reated by local irradiation , GPC feeding and irradiation + GPC respectivly. The tumor weight and other indexs were examined at 12th day after tumor inoculation. The resluts showed the average weight of tumor of mice in cont rol group was higher than that of in other groups , the inhibitory rate of tumor in the group of irradiation + high dose of GPC was higher than both group irradiation or GPC , and the WBC count of mice in irradiation group was lower than other groups. All differenees above are significant in statistics.It suggest s GPC has a improve effect to the radiotherapy of tumor.
