真菌植物松茸提取物体外抑制卷烟焦油致突变作用

Inhibitory Effect of AMH Extracted from Fungi Plant Tricholoma Matsutake on the Mutagenicity of Cigarette Smoke Condensate in vitro

摘要: 背景与目的:寻找安全有效的抗突变生物资源,为肿瘤预防和降低卷烟焦油遗传危害提供科学依据。材料与方法:采用修改的Ames试验,研究真菌植物松茸提取物AMH(Antimutagenic Herb)对卷烟焦油致突变作用的影响。结果:卷烟焦油具有移码突变致突变作用,AMH能显著性抑制卷烟焦油的致突变作用(P < 0.01),对测试菌株TA97、TA98的诱发回变菌落形成抑制率最高分别达到97.0 %和96.1 %,AMH可使卷烟焦油的诱发回变菌落数下降至阴性范围。AMH抑制卷烟焦油致突变作用存在明显的剂量-反应关系。结论:松茸提取物AMH对卷烟焦油致突变作用具有显著的抑制作用,AMH具有抗突变作用,在肿瘤预防和降低卷烟焦油遗传危害方面具有应用前景。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To find safe and effective bio-antimutagenic resources for the prevention of tumor and the reduction of the genetic damage of CSC (Cigarette Smoke Condensate).MATERIAL AND METHODS: The antimutagenic effect of AMH (Antimutagenic Herb) on CSC was studied by the revised Ames test.RESULTS: Ames test showed CSC was a shamshelft mutagen,and AMH could significantly inhibit the mutagenicity of CSC(P< 0.01). The highest inhibitory rates of the revertant colonies induced by CSC in strains TA97 and TA98 were 97.0 % and 96.1 %,respectively. The revertant colonies induced by CSC reduced to the negative ranges when AMH was added. And the significant dose-effect relationship existed in the antimutagenicity.CONCLUSION: AMH could significantly inhibit the mutagenicity of CSC. AMH was an effective antimutagen, and it might be useful in cancer prevention and the reduction of genetic damage of CSC.
