Abstract

Abstract: The effect of vitamin A(Vit A) and sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) on rapeseed oil vapor condensate toxicity was studied in mice. The result sare : ①The body weight of rapeseed oil vapor condensate group mice was significantly lower than that of addition Vit A group and Na2SeO3 group ( P < 0. 01) ; ②The heart organ index of rapeseed oil vapor condensate group mice was higher than that of supplyment Vit A group and Na2SeO3 group ( P < 0. 05) ; and ③The rate ofmicronuclei and of sperm aberrations of rapeseed oil vapor condensate group were obviously higher than that of plus Vit A group and Na2SeO3 group ( P < 0. 001 and P < 0. 01) , but rapeseed oil group mice was didn’t ( P > 0. 05) .
