Abstract: The influence of a long2term exposure to 70 gasoline on chromosomes and micronuclei in bone marrow cells of mice was investigated. The animals were exposed to 70 gasoline at low (250mg/ m3) , medial (500mg/ m3) and high (1000mg/ m3) doses for 30 、60 、90d. After exposure for 90d (at high dose/ 1000mg/ m3) , the f requency of CA was significantly higher than that in the negative cont rol group. However , after exposure of r 60d (at high dose) and 90d (at mid/ high doses) , the f requency of micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes was significantly higher than that in the negative cont rol group. The data suggested that chronic exposure to gasoline may be hazardous to chromosome in bone marrow cells of mice.
