摘要: 【摘要】 背景与目的: 检测高效光诱导剂4,4'ˊ-二甲基二苯基碘 盐六氟磷酸盐[Bis(p-toly)iodonium hexaflurophosphaye,IHT-PI 820]和2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮(2-Isopropylthioxanthone,IHT-PI ITX)是否存在致突变性。材料与方法: 采用细菌回复突变试验平板掺入法,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(S.typhimurium)TA98、TA100、TA1535、TA1537及大肠杆菌(E.coli)WP2 uvrA,在非代谢活化(-S9)与代谢活化(+S9)条件下同时进行检测。结果: -S9条件下,IHT-PI 820诱发5株测试菌株的回变菌落数、IHT-PI ITX诱发TA98的回变菌落数呈剂量相关性增加;+S9条件下,IHT-PI 820诱发TA98、TA1537、WP2 uvrA的回变菌落数呈剂量相关性增加。 结论: IHT-PI 820和IHT-PI ITX均对测试菌株有致突变作用,提示这两种高效光诱导剂对人体可能具有潜在的遗传毒性。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】 BACKGROUND & AIM: To investigate whether two highly effective photoinitiators, Bis(p-toly)iodonium hexaflurophosphaye(IHT-PI 820)and 2-Isopropylthioxanthone(IHT-PI ITX)are mutagenic. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The bacterial reverse mutation assay was used with S.typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537 and E.coli WP2 uvrA. The plate incorporation method was performed with and without metabolic activation. RESULTS: In the absence of metabolic activation ,IHT-PI 820 induced the number of revertant colonies of five tester strains,and IHT-PI ITX induced the number of revertant colonies of TA98 all in a dose-dependent manner.In the presence of metabolic activation,IHT-PI 820 induced the number of revertant colonies of TA98, TA1537 and WP2 uvrA, all in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION: Both IHT-PI 820 and IHT-PI ITX induced point mutations in the tester strains.These two highly effective photoinitiators may have potential genotoxicity for human bodies.
