香菇多糖胶囊抗突变作用的实验研究

摘要: 目的与方法:本文采用Ames 试验及活体小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验方法,对香菇多糖胶囊进行抗突变试验,结果:香菇多糖胶囊各剂量组在加与不加S9 的条件下,均能抑制由2 - 氨基芴等阳性物引起的TA98 、TA100 回变菌落数的增加;抑制由环磷酰胺引起的小鼠微核率的增加,抑制率在45. 32 % - 64. 72 %。结论:香菇多糖胶囊具有一定的抗突变作用。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : The effect on antimutation of Lentinan was studied by Ames test and micronucleus test with polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) of mouse bone marrow in vivo. Results : The rusult s show that the increasing of the number of bacteria in different dose groups can be inhibited by Lentinan. Lentinan inhibited the increasing of micronucleus rate and the inhibition rate is between 45. 32 % and 64. 72 %. Conclusion : It has been observed that Lentinan possess significant antimutagenic effect .
