COSTRUCTION OF THREE CONSERVED AMINO ACID RESIDUE MUTATIONS OF HDAC1

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : It’s necessary to const ruct the conserved amino acid residue mutations of HDAC1 for studing the functions of the coserved amino acid residues of HDAC1. On the base of cloning of HDAC1 cDNA , Three mutant s of HDAC1 , which contain the conserved three amino acid residue mutations respectively were made by the Altered Site Ⅱin2vit ro mutation system , and confirmed by DNA sequencing. Results and Conclusion : The result s were that C151A , Y188F , S197A mutant s of HDAC1 were obtained , and made the base for further studing the function affection of conserved amino acid residue mutations.
