Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: TO establish a stable in vitro Culture technique of human oocytes. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Immature human oocyte were achieved by puncture follicle and cultured for 24 to 36 hours in HTF medium( containing hMG). RESULTS: Oocytes After Cultured were judged as mature according to the two criteria:the first polar body existed;the cytoplasm was symmetric, light and gramule uniformly. CONCLUSION: The method was stable, this result suggested that the maturation in vitro of immature human oocyte could have great potential for human assisted reproduction.
