海娜粉染发剂的致突变性研究

摘要: 目的: 探讨新疆特有染发剂海娜粉的致突变性。方法:采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及精子畸形试验,检测海娜粉的致突变性。结果:小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验,海娜粉高、中、低剂量组 (分别为5 000、2 500、1 250 mg/kg)和阴性对照组 (蒸馏水)微核率分别为0.8‰、1.0‰、0.9‰和0.8‰,海娜粉各剂量组微核率与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义 (P均>0.05)。小鼠精子畸形试验,高、中、低剂量组和阴性对照组精子畸形率分别为1.4%、1.6%、1.4%和1.3%;海娜粉各剂量组精子畸形率与阴性对照比较组差异亦均无统计学意义 (P均>0.05)。结论:在本实验条件下,未发现海娜粉的致突变性。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To assess the mutagenic effects of Henna,which is a special hair dye in Xinjiang. METHODS:Micronucleus test and sperm malformation test were performed to analyze the mutagenicity of Henna. RESULTS:The rates of micronuclei in three Henna groups (with concentrations of 5 000,2 500,1 250 mg/kg,respectively) and control group were 0.8‰,1.0‰,0.9‰ and 0.8‰,respectively. There was no significant difference between Henna groups and control group (P>0. 05). The rates of abnormal sperm in three Henna groups and control group were 1.4%,1.6%,1.4% and 1.3%,respectively. There was no significant difference between Henna groups and control group (P>0. 05). CONCLUSION:Henna showed no mutagenicity under this experimental condition.
