摘要: 目的与方法:用染色体畸变试验,微核试验及致畸试验对雷公藤地上部分进行致突变性和致畸性研究。结果:染色体畸变试验和微核试验均为阴性结果。在致畸试验中,虽未见明显致畸作用,但高剂量组(271μg/ kg·bw) 对胚胎发育有一定的毒性作用,死胎率明显增加。结论:应对孕妇的用药安全性给予重视。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : The mutagenicity and teratogenicity of stalk and leaf of Tri pterygium wilf ordii Hook . f ( TWHf ) were examined by chromosome aberration , micronucleus and teratogenic test s. Results : TWHf did not induce chromosome aberration and increase the f requency of micronuclei in mice , and had not significant teratogenicity. However , in high dose group it showed embryotoxicity , and the rates of fetal death obviously increased. Conclusion : Great attention should be paid when this drug is used for pregnant woman.
