菘蓝对小鼠生殖细胞损伤的保护作用

EFFECT OF CHLOROFORM EXTRACTS FROM ISATIS INDIGOTICA LEAVES ONMALE GERM CELLS IN MICE

摘要: 目的: 研究菘蓝叶氯仿提取物对环磷酰胺(CP) 引起的雄性小鼠生殖细胞损伤的保护作用。方法:通过精子畸形试验及精细胞微核试验。观察雄性小鼠的精于畸形率及精细胞微核率的变化。结果:菘蓝叶氯仿提取物本身对生殖细胞无毒性,而对CP 引起的生殖细胞损伤有一定的保护性抑制作用。CP + 菘蓝叶提取物100 mg/ kg 剂量组对精细胞微核的抑制率为57. 38 % ,对精子畸形的抑制率为50. 87 %。结论:中药菘蓝具有减轻对小鼠生殖细胞遗传损伤的作用。

Abstract: Purpose : To observe the protective effects of the chloroform ext ract s of lsatis indigotica leaves onn the male germ cells f rom damage induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) in mice. Methods : The spermatozoon deformity rate and micronucleus rate of early spermatids were detected using spermatozoon deformity test and micronucleus test respectively. Results : Isatis indigotica had no genotoxic effect s , but showed significantly protective effect s to germ cell f rom damage induced by CP. The inhibited rates of spermatid micronucleus and spermatozoon deformity were 57. 38 % and 50. 87 % respectively at the dose of 100 mg/ kg + CP 10 mg/ kg. Conclusion : Isatis indigotica can diminish germ cell damage inducded by CP in mice.
