川贝枇杷糖急性毒性和致突变性实验研究

摘要: 目的: 对川贝枇杷糖进行毒理学安全性评价。 方法: 采用小鼠、大鼠经口急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸变试验。 结果: 川贝枇杷糖对两种性别小鼠、大鼠经口急性毒性试验,LD50均大于10 g/kg,属实际无毒物;三项遗传毒性试验:小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验与阴性对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在Ames试验,加S 9与不加S 9混合液各剂量组的回复突变菌落数与自发回变组菌落数相比,MR值均小于2,并且各剂量组之间菌落数增加无剂量反应关系(P>0.05)。 结论: 在本实验条件下,受试物川贝枇杷糖未见有急性毒性和致突变作用。

Abstract: Purpose: To study the acute toxicity and the mutagenicity of Chuanbeipiba polysaccharides. Methods: The oral acute toxicity tests in rats and mice, Ames test, micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow and sperm shape abnormality test were carried out. Results: LD50 in rats and mice were more than 10 g/kg; The micronucleus rates and sperm abnormality rates in all doses were not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05), respectively. But those rates in positive group were higher than in the negative control group(P<0.01).No increase in the number of revertant colonies was found in the Ames test with and without S 9 mix Conclusion: Acute toxicity and the mutagenicity of Chuanbeipiba polysaccharides were not observed in this study.
