麦饭石浸液抑制白酒和香烟诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核的研究

Study on the Inhibitory Affection of Maifanshi Soak Solution on Micronucleus in Root Tip Cells of vicia faba Caused by Alcohol and Cigarette Smoke

摘要: 背景与目的: 探讨中华麦饭石(CMFS)对白酒和香烟共同作用产生的遗传毒性的影响。 材料与方法: 在白酒(3 %)和香烟烟雾(1支/100 ml)混合液中添加中华麦饭石(160 mg/L),用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术进行检测。 结果: 白酒+香烟组(ACS)的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率(MNF)为(172.67±10.67) ‰,与白酒组的(24.67±4.04) ‰或香烟组的(154.00±7.55) ‰相比较,差异有显著性(P< 0.01);白酒+香烟+麦饭石组(ACS+CMFS)的微核率为(12.33±5.05) ‰,比白酒+香烟组显著降低(P<0.01)。 结论: 白酒(3 %)和香烟烟雾(1支/100 ml)的遗传毒性具有叠加效应,中华麦饭石浸液(160 mg/L)能显著降低由白酒和香烟烟雾水溶物诱发的微核率,可能具有减轻由饮酒和吸烟引起遗传损伤的作用。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM:To study the affection of Chinese maifanshi (CMFS) on genetic toxicity induced by alcohol and cigarette smoke .MATERIAL AND METHODS: Adding CMFS (160 mg/L) in the combined solution of wine alcohol(3%) and cigarette smoke (1 cigarette/100 ml)and then using the technique of micronucleus in root tip cells of Vicia faba to detect the micronuclei frequency(MNF).RESULTS: MNF caused by the alcohol and cigarette smoke was( 172.67±10.69) ‰.It was significantly higher than(P< 0.01) that (24.67±4.04)‰ caused by wine alcohol (3 %) alone or that (154.00±5.05)‰ caused by cigarette smoke (1 cigarette/100 ml)alone.The MNF (12.33±5.05) ‰ caused by alcohol and cigarette smoke and CMFS was significantly (P<0.01) lower than that caused by alcohol and cigarette smoke. CONCLUSION: The cumulative effect on genetic toxicity induced by alcohol (3 %) and cigarette smoke (1 cigarette/100 ml) was observed.The solution of CMFS (160 mg/L) can decrease the micronuclei frequency in root tip cells of Vicia faba.
