云南肺癌人群NAT1基因多态性研究

A Study on the NAT1 Genetic Polymorphism in the Lung Cancer Cases of Yunnan Population

摘要: 背景与目的: 为探索与外源化学物质代谢有关的N-乙酰转移酶基因(N-acetyltransferase gene,NAT1)的多态性与肺癌易感性之间的关系。材料与方法: 采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性断长度多态性(Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)、等位基因-PCR(Allele specific-PCR,AS-PCR)技术,在云南籍肺癌和对照人群中研究NAT1的多态性与肺癌易感性之间的关系。结果: NAT14/4和NAT110分布频率在肺癌患者群与正常人群比较,H-W吻合度测验,χ2=1.601,P>0.10,认为肺癌患者群与正常人群基因型分布相似。结论: NAT110与云南籍人群的肺癌易感性没有明显相关性。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To compare the allelic variants of NAT1 genes the wild-type alleles between lung cancer population and the normal populations of Yunnan province. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Polymerase chain reaction restriction-fragment length polymorphism (RCR-RFLP) and allele specific-PCR(AS-PCR) methods was emplyed to justify genotype of the aim population. RESULTS: The results show that there was no significant difference between and genotype frequencies between case and control population. CONCLUSION: Our date suggest that there wasn't relationship between the genotype and lung cancer in lung cancer population and the normal populations of Yunnan province.
