人乙肝病毒基因在家蝇基因组中的整合

摘要: 背景与目的:探讨人乙肝病毒基因能否整合在家蝇基因组中。材料与方法:构建人乙肝病毒基因质粒载体pHBVneo,以电转移方式在新生家蝇蝇卵中实施HBV基因转移,通过特异PCR反应鉴定HBV基因在转人乙肝病毒基因家蝇基因组中的整合情况。结果:成功构建了人乙肝病毒基因质粒载体pHBVneo,并在转HBV基因家蝇基因组中检测到特异HBV基因存在。结论:人乙肝病毒基因能够在家蝇基因组中整合。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To explore human Hapatitis B virus (HBV) gene integrated into the genome of the housefly. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The plasmid vector pHBVneo was constructed. Then the pHBVneo was transferred into eggs of housefly using electroporation. HBV gene was examined in the genome of DNAs from larvae of housefly by PCR. RESULS:HBV gene was detected in the genome from larvae of the transgenic housefly. CONCLUSION: HBV gene is able to integrate into the genome of the housefly.
