维生素E琥珀酸酯抑制人胃癌细胞生长作用的研究

摘要: 目的与方法:本实验采用体外细胞培养的方法,研究了维生素E 琥珀酸酯(VES) 对人胃癌SGC27901 细胞生长和DNA合成的影响,并进行了细胞凋亡形态学观察。结果:VES(5μg/ ml、10μg/ ml 和20μg/ ml) 对SGC27901 细胞生长和DNA 合成有明显抑制作用,并呈现剂量—效应关系。同时,VES 也诱导SGC27901 细胞凋亡。结论:上述结果提示在离体条件下,VES 通过抑制细胞DNA 合成及诱导细胞凋亡抑制SGC27901 细胞生长。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : This paper observed the effect s of Vitamin E Succinate (VES) on cell growth ,DNA synthesis and the appearance of apoptosic morphological change in human gast ric cancer SGC - 7901 cell line in vit ro. Results : The result s showed that VES (5μg/ ml 、10μg/ ml and 20μg/ ml) could obviously inhibit SGC27901 cell growth and DNA synthesis in a dose-dependent manner , and induce apoptosis of SGC27901 cell.Conclusion : These result s indicate that the inhibition of VES on SGC27901 cell growth was by the way of inhibiting cellular DNA synthesis and inducing apoptosis.
