Abstract: The effect ofm icronucleus frequences in root tip cells of V icia f aba induced by 9 kinds of chem ical fertilizers was studied The results showed that the chem ical fertilizers mentioned above can not cause the increase ofm icronucleus frequencies It suggests that each of the chem ical fertilizersmentioned above is not mutagens spindle poisons or aneugens In this paper some related questions are also discussed
