Abstract: This paper summarizes the pollutants in raw water and their removal techniques, the water treatment process puts emphases on full-process and multi-layer safety barrier techniques, including water resource protection and water body restoration, raw water safe transport, safe purification in waterworks, safe distribution in pipe etc. Drinking water safety can be ensured by adopting multi-layer safety barrier technique to meet stricter drinking water quality standards.
