Abstract: Purpose and Methods : To explore the genetic toxicity of NaF , we used PCR - SSCP and immunohistochemist ry methods to detect the effect s of NaF on p16 gene and P16 protein of human embryonic lung fibroblast (HEL F) cells. Results and Conclusion : The result s show that NaF can’t induce the change of p16 gene.
