维生素C 拮抗Cr + 6诱变作用的研究

摘要: 目的与方法:利用体内微核试验方法,进行维生素C(Vc) 抗金属六价铬(Cr + 6 ) 诱变作用的效果观察。结果:浓度在2.5 %和5. 0 %的Vc 有明显的抗诱变能力,并呈剂量—反应关系。结论:上述结果提示Vc 对Cr + 6有拮抗作用。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : Using the micronucleus test in vivo , the effect s of Vitamin C on the mutagenicity induced by chromium were studied. Results : the Vitamine C had obvious antimutagenic potentials at the concent ration of 2. 5 % and 5. 0 %( P < 0. 05) , and showed the dose2effect relationship. Conclusion : results indicated that Vc could antagonize the matagenicity induced by chromium.
