奥扎格雷钠的致突变作用研究

摘要： 本文用Ames 试验,微核试验和精子畸形试验对奥扎格雷钠的致突变作用研究,结果表明: ①OKY-046 剂量为0105 、015 、5 、50 、500μg/ 皿,进行Ames 试验,表明该药未能诱导TA98 、TA100、TA102 的回变菌落数增加(MR〈2) 1 ②OKY- 046 药物剂量为30612mg/ kg ,61214mg/ kg ,122418mg/ kg 时,均不诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率增加。③OKY- 046 药物剂量为245mg/ kg ,490mg/ kg ,980mg/ kg 时,均不诱发小鼠精子畸形率的增加。因此,该药是一种非致突变性化学物质。

Abstract: This paper reported the result s of mutagenesis of sodium ozagrel OKY- 046 assa yed with the Salmonella mutagenicity test Ames test , micronucleus test of polychromatic erythroblast on mouse bone marrow and aberration of sperm test . The result s showed that f rom 0. 05 -500μg/ plate , OKY - 046 didn’t reduce the reversion f requencies in st rain TA98 , TA100 and TA102 ; OKY- 046 couldn’t increase the f requency of micronucleus at the doses of 306. 2mg/kg , 612. 4mg/ kg and 1224. 8mg/ kg ;OKY- 046 didn’t also increase the aberration rate of sperm at the doses of 245mg/ kg , 490mg/ kg and 980mg/ kg , therefore , it is believed that OKY - 046 may be safe on potential mutagenesis.
