摘要: 在人类群体中非整倍性是个严重的遗传问题。这种在数目上的染色体畸变的主要原因是染色体不分离。本实验拟建立一种研究染色体不分离机制与鉴定引起染色体不分离的诱变剂的体系。研究结果表明,紫鸭跖草( radescantia ref lexa) 植物具有较高的染色体不分离自发频率,是一种研究诱发非整倍性的较好体系。

Abstract: Aneuploidy in human population is a serious genetic problem. The major cause of this numerical chromosomal aberration is non - disjunction. Some of the common mutagens such as formaldehyde are known to be able to induce non - disjunction. The purpose of this study is to establish a system for the investigation on the mechanism of non - disjunction and identification of the non - disjunction inducing agent s. Tradescantia ref lex a plant which has high spontaneous frequencies of non - disjunction is an ideal system for the study of aneuploidy induction.
