摘要： 本文应用差别聚合酶链式反应检测了63 例乳癌患者新鲜手术标本的C - erbB - 2 基因。结果表明,共在13 例(2016 %) 乳癌患者中检测出C - erbB - 2 基因扩增。在有淋巴结转移的乳癌患者中,C - erbB - 2扩增的阳性率为2116 %(8/ 37) ;尚无淋巴结转移的患者中,阳性率为1912 %(5/ 26) ;两者无统计学差异( P >0175) 。在50 例临床分期明确的病例中, Ⅲ期的C - erbB - 2 扩增阳性检出率为5/ 17 ; Ⅳ期为1/ 4 ;高于Ⅱ期4/ 27 及Ⅰ期0/ 2 ,但无统计学差异( P > 0150) 。

Abstract: Differential PCR was used to detect the variance of C - erbB - 2 gene copies in 63 fresh breast cancer tissues. Amplification of C - erbB - 2 oncogene was found in 13 of 63 breast cancer (20. 6 %) . The rate of amplification of C - erbB - 2 gene in patient s with positive lymph node metastasis was approximately equal to that in negative node patient s. It was identified that amplification of C - erbB - 2 gene existed in 5 of 17 on stage Ⅲ, 1 of 4 on stage Ⅳ, higher than that of stage Ⅱ (4/ 27) and stage Ⅰ(0/ 2) , but the difference was not significant ( P > 0. 50) .
