伊痛舒的致突变作用研究

摘要: 应用CHL 细胞染色体畸变试验、Ames 试验和小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验对伊痛舒进行了致突变作用研究。结果显示:0. 00625ml/ 皿、0. 125ml/ 皿、0. 025ml/ 皿、0. 05ml/ 皿、0. 1ml/ 皿各剂量组TA97 、TA98 、A100、TA102 各试验菌珠MR< 2 ;1250mg/ kg、2500mg/ kg、5000mg/ kg 各剂量组PCE 微核率分别为2. 0 ‰、212 ‰、218 ‰,与对照组(410 ‰) 比较无明显差异( P < 0105) ;0. 0125ml/ ml、0. 025ml/ ml、0. 05ml/ ml、0. 1ml/ ml 各剂量组加与不加S9 CHL 细胞染色体畸变率均小于5 % ,表明伊痛舒在该试验条件下无明显致突变作用。

Abstract: Yi Tong Shu, a Chinese medicine, was examined for mutagenicity with cultured CHL cell chromosome aberration test , Ames test and micronucleus test of PCE in mouse bone marrow. The result s showed that Yi Tong Shu with 5 doses (0. 00625ml/ plate - 0. 1ml/ plate) didn’t increase the reversion mutation frequencies in st rain TA97 , TA98 , TA100 and TA102 with or without S9 in the Ames test ; It didn’t increase the frequencies of micronucleus in PCE and chromosome aberrations in CHL cells.
