用细胞转化实验检测S 江有机污染致癌危险性

摘要: 用S 江冬夏两季的江水有机提取物分别做NIH3T3 细胞转化试验。结果表明:江水有机提取物各剂量组均能诱发该细胞出现典型的细胞转化灶,其细胞转化率呈现剂量—反应关系。转化细胞的恶性表现是生长失去接触性抑制并能在软琼脂内生长。进一步提示了S 江有机污染有潜在的致癌危险性。

Abstract: NIH3T3 cell line was used for the study t ransformation induction by organic ext racts from water in the Sriver. The result indicated that the malignant t ransformed foci were induced by organic extract s mentioned above and the cellular transformation frequencies presented a dose-response relationship and determination of malignant cells disappeared in rest raining of contact and grew in culture of soft agar while cont rol cells did not .Thus , the present study demonst rates further that organic pollution f rom water in the S river has the potential risk of carcinogencity.
