摘要/Abstract

摘要： 背景与目的：探讨肾脏、心脏原发性淋巴瘤的病理特点及临床表现，引起临床医师的重视。材料与方法：综合分析活检及手术标本常规切片、免疫组化及电镜检查、临床表现。结果：切片图象、免疫组化和电镜结果均符合淋巴瘤病理改变，身体它处无淋巴瘤和白血病存在的依据。结论：肾脏、心脏存在原发性淋巴瘤，诊断时要首先除外它处淋巴瘤或白血病的侵犯。

Abstract: BACKGROUND ＆ AIM: To discuss the pathologic feature and clinical manifestation of primary lymphoma of kidney and heart ，so that bring to doctor's attention. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Samples of biopsy and operation were performed by routine histopathologic section, immunohistochemical staining and electron microscope check. RESULTS: Samples section were in accordance with pathologic feature of lymphoma，there are no evidence of lymphoma or leukemia in other organs of body. CONCLUSION: Primary lymphoma of kidney and heart do exist，involvement by lymphoma or leukemia elsewhere should be excluded first before making the diagnosis.
