小鼠子宫增重试验检测六种常用有机磷农药拟雌激素样活性

摘要: 背景与目的: 观察常用六种有机磷农药对未成年小鼠子宫湿重和子宫内膜增生的影响。 材料与方法: 对未成年小鼠分别腹腔注射不同剂量的有机磷农药(乐果19 mg/kg、乙酰甲胺磷47 mg/kg、马拉硫磷87 mg/kg、对氧磷0.056 mg/kg、对硫磷0.4 mg/kg、久效磷3.54 mg/kg),连续给药3 d后剖杀小鼠,检查子宫湿重、子宫内膜上皮细胞高度和子宫内膜基质层厚度。结果: 六种有机磷农药对子宫湿重和子宫脏器系数均无影响,乐果和马拉硫磷能引起小鼠子宫内膜上皮细胞高度和基质层厚度的增加,与对照相比差异有显著性。结论: 乐果和马拉硫磷可能具有拟雌激素样活性,尚需进一步验证。

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND AIM: To study the estrogenic effects of common used organophosphrus pesticides, by the observation of the height of endometrium epidemic cells and the height of endometrium stroma cells of immature mice uterus treated with rganophosphrus pesticides. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Six kinds of organophosphrus pesticides dimethoate 19 mg/kg, acephate 47 mg/kg, paraoxon 0.056 mg/kg, malation 87 mg/kg, parathion 0.4 mg/kg and moncrotophos 3.54 mg/kg were given intraperitoneal for 3 days consecutively to mice respectively. All mice were sacrificed after three days, then the uterus wet weight, the ratio of uterus to body weight , the height of endometrium epidemic cells and the height of endometrium stroma cells were measured. RESULTS: All these six organophosphrus pesticides couldn't proliferate the immature mice' uterus wet weight and the ratio of uterus to body weight, but dimethoate and malation could induce increment of the height of endometrium epidemic cells and the height of endometrium stroma cells,compared with the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Dimethoate and malation maybe have the potential estrogenicity.
