化妆品中水杨酸甲酯的安全性评估研究进展

摘要： 水杨酸甲酯作为化妆品中常见的芳香剂、舒缓剂和变性剂，因其特有的冬青香气和镇痛抗炎作用被广泛应用于牙膏、漱口水等驻留型产品中。但因其代谢产物为水杨酸(阿司匹林活性成分)，经皮或口腔暴露存在潜在毒性风险，近年来其安全性受到欧盟、英国等监管机构的高度关注。本文基于国内外最新评估报告，结合毒理学、暴露途径及代谢特征，系统分析水杨酸甲酯在化妆品中的安全阈值、年龄差异限值及风险管控措施，旨在为化妆品安全使用和监管政策制定提供科学依据。
