摘要: 系统比较了一组标准诱变剂诱导L5178Y和WTK1 细胞的微核反应,结果表明,这两种细胞微核试验方法简便灵敏,有推广价值。两种细胞对受试物的反应各有特点,如同时应用于一个短测系统,可提高筛检诱变物的准确性。

Abstract: A series of model mutagens were systematically tested with the in vit ro micronucleus test using established L5178Y mouse lymphoma and WTK1 human lymphoblastoid cell lines. The results showed that the in vit romicronucleus assay using L5178Y and WTK1 cells was simple and sensitive ,and it could be beneficial to improve the accuracy of screening mutagens when these two cell lines were simultaneously applied to a shortterm assay system.
