维生素E 对色拉油烟冷凝物致小鼠毒性作用的影响

EFFECT OF VITAMIN E ON TOXICITY OF SALAD OIL VAPOR CONDENSATE IN MICE

摘要: 本文采用微核试验和精子畸形分析方法,观察维生素E 对色拉油烟冷凝物致小鼠微核率和精子畸形率作用的影响,并作Poisson 分布资料的U 检验。结果显示色拉油烟冷凝物5ml/ kg 和10ml/ kg 体重给小鼠灌胃染毒后,其微核率和精子畸形率均明显地高于215ml/ kg 组和单纯色拉油对照组( P < 0. 01) ,而2. 5ml/ kg 组未显示致小鼠微核率和精子畸形率升高作用( P > 0. 05) ;给小鼠补充维生素E 20mg/ kg 体重后,可显著地降低色拉油烟冷凝物致微核率和精子畸形率升高的作用( P < 0.01) 。故认为色拉油烟冷凝物对小鼠具有明显地毒性作用,而补充维生素E 则可降低其作用。

Abstract: The effect of vitamin E (Vit E) on the rate of micronucleus and of sperm deformity in mice were observed with the micronucleus test and the sperm deformity analysis. The experimental data were calculated by statistical U test . The result s showed the rate of micronucleus and of sperm deformity of mice t reated with salad oil vapor condensate at 5ml/ kg and 10ml/ kg groups were abviously higher than that at 2. 5ml/ kg and cont rol groups ( P < 0. 01) . After the mice were supplied Vit E at 20 mg/ kg , the rate of micronucleus and of sperm deformity were significantly lower than that of salad oil vapor condensate group ( P < 0. 01) . The inhibitory effect of Vit E on the toxicity of salad oil vapor condensate was significant in mice.
