丹参茶的致突变性及致畸性试验

Mutagenicity and Teratogenicity Tests of Danshen Tea

摘要: 背景与目的:丹参茶是一种天然保健食品,为确保其食用安全,对其进行了致突变性和致畸性研究。材料与方法:材料主要用丹参茶浸泡液、大、小鼠和Ames试验菌株TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102;方法主要有小鼠精子畸形试验、小鼠胸骨髓微核试验、Ames试验及大鼠传统致畸试验。结果:3个剂量组的微核率和精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较差异无显著性,各剂量组的回变菌落数均未超过溶剂对照组的2倍,未见母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸性。结论:在本实验条件下,丹参茶未见致突变性和致畸性。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM:To detect mutation and teratogenicity of Danshen tea which is a natural food. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The water extract of Danshen tea was examined by the mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test,the mice sperm abormality test,Ames test and the teratogenicity study. RESULTS:The micronucleusfreguency and the freguency of sperm aberrtion were not significantly different compared with the control.The mutated colonie in 3 exposure groups was less than double of that of the controls.There are not Maternity, toxicity.embry toxicity and teratogenicity, CONCLUSION: The mutation and of Danshen tea are not detected on these condions.
