Abstract: purpose to explore the relation between larynx cancer and protein kinase C(PKC) as well as it s inhibitor (PKCI) . Method :using Takai protein concent ration gradient ,We measured the activity of PKC and the inhibitory percent of PKCI to PKC activity through measuring the activity of radioistope. result :the PKC activity in cellular plasma of canser tissue (6. 63 ±0. 64pmol·mg - 1·in - 1) was apparently higher than that in cellular plasma of normal tissue (4. 73 ±0. 54pmol·mg - 1·min - 1) . The PKCI inhibitory activity in cellular plasma of cancer tissue (3316 % ±7. 64 %) was apparently lower than that in cellular plasma of normal tissue (61. 3 ±7. 91 %) . conclusion :this result indicated that the rising of PKC activity of cancer tissue might be provoked by oncogene ,and the lowering of PKCI activity was due to decreased regulative ability to PKC.
