STUDY ON THE ANTIMUTAGENICITY OF A - CM MARINE BIOLOGICAL PREPERATION

Abstract

Abstract: The antimutagenicity of A - CM marine biological preperation was studied with several genotoxicological test s which included antigenetic reverse mutation test in S almonella typhimurium st rain TA 100 , the test of antimicronucleus effect in vivo mice bone marrow on PCEs induced by common mutagens Cd2 + and NO -2 ,and DNA damage resistance test . Result s consistently demonst rate that A - CM preperation has significant antimutagenic effect on gene mutation and chromosome clastogen in all above tests.
