Abstract: Purpose and Methods :DNA synthesis inhibition (DSI) test was used to study the effect of cooking oil condensate on human amino cells WISH. Results : The result showed that DNA synthesis inhibition rates (DSIR) of cooking oil condensate at 100μg/ ml and 200μg/ ml were 45. 8 % and 85. 8 % respectively , and 0 % at 0. 0μg/ ml in cont rol group. The statistical analysis showed that P value is small than 0. 05. Conclusion : The above2memtioned result s indicated that there were the component s to induce DNA synthesis inhibition in the cooking oil condensate.
Key words: DNA synthesis inhibition (DSI) test, cooking oil condensate, human amino cells WISH
