To observe the expression change of malignant transformation- related DNA repair genes in human bronchial epithelial cells (16HBE) induced by glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). METHODS:The expression of DNA repair genes in 30th generation cells which had malignant cell phenotype was evaluated with the gene chip of “human genome stability/DNA repair microarray”. RESULTS:Compared with control cells in the 30th generation,eight genes screened from 113 genes showed different expressions in cells induced by GMA.
