偏二氯乙烯/ 氯乙烯共聚物成型品迁移物及其致突变性研究

摘要: 目的:研究偏二氯乙烯/ 氯乙烯(VDC/ VC) 共聚物成型品- 火腿肠肠衣膜中化学物在常温下向模拟食品溶剂(蒸馏水、4 %乙酸和正己烷) 中迁移的情况,及迁移物的致突变性。方法:样品前处理方法采用了冻干法和常规法,并进行了比较研究;迁移物的致突变性应用了Ames 试验。结果:冻干法所获得的迁移物量要比常规法大6~27 倍。对此迁移物经诱变性测试(Ames试验) 结果为阴性。结论:这种共聚物在本试验条件下未发现诱变性。

Abstract: Purpose : To study the migration of the residual compounds f rom VDC/ VC copolymer products into food - simulating solvent s (e. g. distilled water , 4 % acetic acid , and hexane) , and the mutagenicity of migration. Methods : We used two pret reated methods in this experimental research , and studied the difference between f rozen - drying and heating method. The mutagenicity of migration was measured by Ames test . Results : The result s f rom the studies indicated that the migration f rom f rozen - drying increased by 6~27 times as compared with it f rom heating. The test for mutagenicity of migration was always negative for the storage periods of three months by Ames test with two S almonella st rains ( TA98 , TA100) , with and without S9. Conclusion : The studies suggested that the mutagenicity of the VDC/ VC copolymer was not observed in this experimental condition.
