涑水河闻喜河段污水及其沿岸井水遗传毒物污染状况的研究

摘要: 目的与方法:应用蚕豆和大蒜根尖细胞微核技术对涑水河闻喜河段污水及其沿岸井水遗传毒物的污染状况进行了检测。结果:蚕豆检测结果表明,涑水河闻喜河段5 个采样点河水都受到了遗传毒物的污染,污染程度依次为东桥> 吕庄水库> 店头> 孙村> 苏村;在近岸5 个样点中店头、孙村、吕庄水库和东桥4 个样点的井水被污染,在远岸5 个样点中吕庄水库和东桥2样点的井水被污染。用大蒜检测河水的结果与蚕豆检测的结果一致,呈高度正相关( r = 0. 9503 , P < 0. 01) 。大蒜检测沿岸井水的结果表明,近岸的店头和东桥2 个样点的井水被污染,远岸的东桥样点的井水被污染,与蚕豆检测结果呈正相关( r= 0. 8790 , P < 0. 025) 。结论:以上结果显示,涑水河闻喜河段河水及其沿岸的部分井水均受到了遗传毒物不同程度的污染。大蒜可作为检测细胞遗传损伤的植物加以开发利用。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : To test the pollution of Sushui River in Wenxi County and the wells along the river using the root tip cells micronucleus test of V icia f aba and garlic. Results : V icia f aba test showed that e water samples taken f rom five places in the River were polluted by genotoxicant s , the order of the pollution severity in turn being Dongqiao , Luzhuang reservoir , Diantou , Suncun and Sucun. The garlic test showed thesimilar result s and a high positive correlation compared with the result s of V icia f aba ( r = 0. 9503 , P < 0. 01)As for the well water , V icia f aba test showed that four out of the five wells near the bank. and two of the five wells distant f rom the bank were polluted. The result s of garlic test indicated that two wells near the bank and one well distant f rom the bank were polluted ; which also showed a positive correlation with the result s of Vicia f aba test ( r = 0. 8790 , P < 0. 025 ) . Conclusion : this study suggested that the river and some of the wells along the river were polluted in a different degree ; garlic as a new method could be used in the study of genotoxity Key words : Pollution of Sushui River ; Wells along the river , Genotoxicity , Micronucleis test .
