美洛昔康的致突变研究

摘要: 目的:研究美洛昔康是否有潜在的遗传危害。方法:利用Ames 试验、染色体畸变试验和微核试验对美洛昔康的突变性进行研究。结果:在±S9mix 条件下,各剂量组对TA97 、TA98 、TA100 和TA102 菌株无诱发回复突变菌落数增加作用;对中国仓鼠成纤维细胞(CHL) 染色体无畸变作用;以240 mg/ kg·bw、120 mg/ kg·bw、48 mg/ kg·bw 和16 mg/ kg·bw 的美洛昔康对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核细胞率无增加作用。结论:在本实验条件下,美洛昔康对Ames 试验、染色体畸变试验和微核试验无致突变效应。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : To study the potential mutagenicity of meloxicam , Ames test was carried out in TA97 , TA98 , TA100 , TA102 strains , chromosomal aberration test in Chinese hamster lung fibroblast sand micronucleus test in polychromatic erythrocytes in mice with and without S9mix. Results : No increase in the number of revertant colonies was found in the Ames test at a dose range from 0. 2 to 5 000μg per plate. These results were also negative in the micronucleus test and in the chromosomal aberration test at doses from 16 to 240 mg/ kg·bw. Conclusion : The mutagenicity of meloxicam was not observed in this study.
