N-烟酰基-L-天门冬氨酸的致突变性检测

Research of N-Nicotinyl-aspartic Acid Mutagenicity

摘要: 背景与目的: 研究N-烟酰基-L-天门冬氨酸遗传毒性,为临床安全用药提供理论依据。 材料与方法: 采用Ames 试验、中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO细胞)染色体畸变试验及小鼠微核试验对N-烟酰基-L-天门冬氨酸进行致突变性研究。 结果: Ames试验中加S9与不加S9混合液的各剂量组回变菌落数与阴性对照无明显差别,且无剂量-效应关系。小鼠骨髓细胞微核率及CHO细胞染色体畸变率与阴性对照组比较,差别也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论: 在本实验条件下,N-烟酰基-L-天门冬氨酸无致突变作用。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM:To study the genotoxicity of N-Nicotinyl-aspartic acid. MATERIALS AND METHODS:The mutagenicity of N-Nicotinyl-aspartic acid was examined using Ames test, CHO cell chromosome aberration test and micronucleus test. RESULTS: No increase in the number of revertant colonies was found in the Ames test with and without S9 mixture. The micronucleus rates and chromosome aberration rates at all doses were not significantly different from the control group . CONCLUSION: Mutagenicity of N-Nicotinyl-aspartic acid was not observed in this study.
