Sift Through of Root Tip Cell of Dali Vicia Faba in Micronucleus test

摘要: 背景与目的:了解大理州蚕豆在微核试验中作为微核实验材料的应用价值。材料与方法:利用大理州鹤庆白皮蚕豆和凤仪青皮蚕豆根尖作微核实验材料,测定实验室化学毒物的致突变性。结果:两种蚕豆微核本底均在5 ‰以下,但对实验室化学毒物的微核率差异有显著性(P <0.05)。结论:经过筛选确大理州定凤仪青皮蚕豆敏感性好,是一种有价值的微核实验的材料。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To understanding detection root tip cell of Dali vicia faba in icronucleus.MATERIAL AND METHODS: By microuncleus test of vicia faba root tip cell. RESULTS: Micronucleus rate is under 5 ‰ in two kind vicia fabas and it showed that the frequencies of micronucleus in root tip cell of vicia faba (VMN) were in creased being effected by these cemical posions (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:It suggested that the Feng-yi green vicia faba had good sensitive ,and sift through of root tip cell in micronucleus test.
