Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To study the intervene role of acanthopanax sentiocosus (APS) in mice Lung during mice Lewis lung cancer. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Lewis lung cancer C57/BL mice were divided into acanthopanax senticasus+cyclophosphemide(CP),cyclophosphemide, acanthopanax sentiocosus and tumor groups. The tumor weight and inhibitory rate of each group were detected by elisa,PAI-1 and uPA activation. RESULTS: The content of PAI-1,uPA of plasma and tumor, lung of APS group mice was significantly lower than tumor group in each time. CONCLUSION: APS exhibited intervention effects on the invasion and metastasis of cancer, and mice in APS plus CP group were getting better than APS alone group and CP alone group.
Key words: acanthopanax senticosus, anticancer metastasis action, lewis lung cancer, plasminogen activator inhibitor Ⅰ, uroleinase type plasminogen activator
