中药天宝肿宁散抗肿瘤细胞生物学作用的研究

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE ANTITUMOR EFFECT OF“TIAN BAO ZHONG NING SAN”

摘要: 采用体外细胞培养法观察“天宝肿宁散”复方对人膀胱癌细胞( EJ ) 、人喉癌细胞(Hep22) 、人低分化粘液腺胃癌细胞(MGC2803) 、人肝癌细胞(Q3) 和人肺癌细胞(Spc2A21) 等肿癌细胞及小鼠成纤维细胞(3T3) 的生物学作用,并观察该方剂对正常小鼠和经环磷酰胺(CP) 处理小鼠的免疫机能、外周血象、造血功能及生存质量的影响。其结果显示该方剂具有一定杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,并对环磷酰胺(CP) 的毒副作用具有减毒效应。

Abstract: The antitumor effect s of Chinese herbs“Tian Bao Zhong Ning San”were studied on cells of fibroblast lines of mouse (3T3) , bladder carcinoma cell lines ( EJ ) , throat carcinoma cell lines( IIep22) , stomach carcinoma cell lines(MGC2803) , hepatic carcinoma cell lines (Q3) and lung carcinoma cell lines (Spc2A21) with cultured cells in vivo. And the decreasing toxicity effects of the prescription with normal mice and cyclophosphamide (CP) t reated mice were also studied. The result s showed that“Tian Bao Zhong Ning San”have the effets of antitumor , and cold decrease the toxicity of CP.
