除草剂精克草星对黄鳝的遗传毒性研究

GENETIC TOXICITY IN CELLS OF MONOPTERUS ALBUS EXPOSED BY THE HERBICIDE JING KE CAO XING

摘要: 目的与方法:研究了除草剂精克草星对黄鳝外周血红细胞的微核、核异常及对肾脏白细胞微核的诱发作用。结果:不同浓度和不同处理时间,红细胞的微核细胞率、核异常细胞率及白细胞的微核细胞率等指标较对照组有不同程度的上升。而且,在一定的浓度和处理时间,各指标有高峰期,与对照组差异显著( P < 0105) 或极显著( P < 0101) ,其它浓度和处理时间差异不显著( P > 0. 05) 。结论:精克草星在一定的浓度和处理时间会对黄鳝的红细胞及白细胞具有显著的遗传毒性。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : Induction of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in the peripheral blood erythrocytes and the kidney leucocytes of Monopterus albus by the herbicide J ing Ke Cao Xing was studied. Results :The result s showed that the herbicide can increase the f requencies of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in the two kinds of cells. At certain concent ration and time , the f requencies of damage items were significantly different in comparison with cont rol groups. But , at other concent ration and time , the differences were insignificant . Conclusion : All the result s suggested that the herbicide can cause significant genetic damages to the erythrocytes and the leucocytes of Monopterus albus at certain concent ration and time.
