三种蒽醌衍生物对小鼠外周血淋巴细胞微核影响

EFFECTS OF SOME ANTHRAQUINONE DERIVATIVES ONMOUSE PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTE MICRONUCLEUS

摘要: 目的:探讨1. 5 —二氨基蒽醌(1. 5 - DAAQ) 、115 —二氯蒽醌(115 —DCAQ) 和118 —二氯蒽醌(118 —DCAQ) 的遗传毒理。方法:本文运用小鼠外周血淋巴细胞微核测定方法。结果:小鼠第一次被注射115 —DAAQ ,115 —DCCQ 和118 —DCAQ所产生的微核细胞与空白对照组相比无显著性差异,第二次以及以后各次分别注入上述三种化合物时,与对照组相比有显著差异( P < 0101) 。结论:三种AQs 在小鼠体内累积到一定数量时,会产生明显的遗传毒性。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : Most of the information about possible genotoxic effect s of anthraquinone derivatives is derived f rom prokaryotic systems that must differ f rom mammalian systems and human. In this study 1. 5 - diaminoanthraquinone (1. 5 - DAAQ) , 1. 5 - dichloroanthraquinone (1. 5 - DCAQ) and 1. 8 - diahloroanthraquinone (1. 8 - DCAQ) were selected for testing used micronucleus(MN) analysis in BALBC/ c mice peripheral blood lymphocytes. Results : Result s show that they were significant difference f rom second to fifth injection times as compared with the cont rol micronucleus f requency ( P < 0. 01) when those compounds accumulated to a weight of 100mg/ kg. bw following ip in BALBC/ c mice. Conclusion : We suggest there is requirement to research and minitor their mutagenesis.
