五氧化二钒对雄性小鼠生殖细胞的突变性研究

MUTAGENIC EFFECTS OF VANADIUM PENTOXIDE IN MALE MOUSE GERM CELLS

摘要: 目的:研究钒及其化合物对哺乳动物雄性生殖细胞的致突变性。方法:本研究选用雄性小鼠,用五氧化二钒溶液进行亚急性腹腔注射染毒。剂量为0. 17mg/ kg、2. 13mg/ kg、6. 40mg/ kg。观察初级精母细胞染色体畸变和早期精细胞微核率。结果:三受试组的初级精母细胞染色体畸变率依次为1. 4 %、2. 6 %( P < 0. 05) 、4. 2 %( P < 0. 05) ,有剂量反应关系,早期精细胞微核率依次为2. 80 ‰、4. 00 ‰、( P < 0. 05) 、7. 8 ‰( P < 0. 05) ,也有剂量反应关系。结论:研究表明,五氧化二钒对哺乳动物雄性生殖细胞具有致突变性。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods : This paper studied the genotoxic effect s of V2O5 in male mouse germ cells using st ructural chromosome aberrations and microncleus method. Male mice were int raperitoneally injected once every day with doses of 0. 71mg/ kg、2. 13mg/ kg、6. 40mg/ kg of V2O5 for 5 days. Results : In metaphase2I spermatocytes , the f requencies of st ructfural chromosome aberration were significantly increased , which was 1. 4 % ,2. 6 % , 4. 2 % , respectively V2O5 significantly increased the f requencies of micronucleated early spermatids ,which was 2. 8 ‰, 4. 00 ‰, 7. 8 ‰, respectively. Conclusion : The result s indicated that V2O5 is mutagenic activity in male mouse germ cells.
