成核透明剂ZC-3的急性毒性和遗传毒性试验

摘要: 背景与目的:研究成核透明剂ZC-3(DMDBS)的急性毒性和遗传毒性。材料与方法:小鼠急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果:急性毒性试验表明:成核透明剂ZC-3属无毒物质。Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。结论:在本次实验条件下,成核透明剂ZC-3为无毒物质,未显示有遗传毒性作用。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To study the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of DMDBS. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Acute toxicity test of mice,Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell in mice, sperm shape abnormality test of mice. RESULTS:DMDBS was a substance with no toxicity according to the acute toxicity. The results of genetic toxicity tests were all negative,including Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test. CONCLUSION: DMDBS was a substance with no toxicity and had no genetic toxicity in this test.
