芦荟和大蒜抗诱发微核效应

摘要: 利用环磷酰胺(CP) 和香烟烟雾凝集物(CSC) 对已知药物芦荟和大蒜的植物体进行了微核诱变检测,同时研究了它们的提取物的抗微核诱变效应。结果表明,芦荟和大蒜植物体及其提取物具有良好的抗诱变能力( P < 0. 01) 。

Abstract: By using the micronucleus test , the mutagenicity of cyclophosphamide (CP) and cigarette smoking condense (CSC) in Chinese A loe ( A loe Vera L . V ar. Chinese Berger. ) and Garlic ( A llium S ativ um L . ) and the antimutagenicity of ext ract s of the plant s in V icia Faba were studied. The result s showed that the plant s or it s ext ract s had obvious antimutagenic potentials ( P < 0. 01) .
